Primordial Sound Meditation Course
I will be teaching you a step by step meditation technique that you will be able to implement into your own life not only while you are at the studio but in the comfort of your own home.
This practice is easy to learn, yet it offers profound benefits on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Meditation is an effective way to release stress, get more restful sleep, and enjoy greater energy and well-being.
You will be learning about—and experiencing—these benefits as the course unfolds.
At the deepest level, meditation is about awakening to who you really are; it is a progressive quieting of the mind until you get to the source of the mind, which is pure consciousness. In the stillness and silence of pure consciousness, you experience your true nature, which is infinite love, peace, joy, and bliss.

Lesson Two: Scheduled one-on-one instruction of Primordial Sound (30 minutes)
This is a very special day, as you will receive your Primordial Sound Mantra on a one-on-one virtual 10-15 minute session with Virna. After receiving your mantra, you will meditate on your own for 20 minutes.
Appointment times will vary and they are on a first come first served basis. There will be afternoon and evening appointments available.
